How to Find Your Current Software Customer ID?

  1. Access Your Current Software Settings: Navigate to the “Version” menu in your software.
  2. Check Version Menu: Inside the “Settings” menu, locate and select the “Version” option.
  3. Use Remote Control: On your receiver’s remote control, press either 1502 or 1503.
  4. Locate Customer ID: Your Customer ID will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Note Down Your ID: Write down or remember your Customer ID for the next steps.
  6. Upload New Software: Visit the provided tool for uploading new software.
  7. Enter Your Old Customer ID: In the “Your New Customer ID” input field, enter the Customer ID you noted down earlier.
  8. Replace Customer ID: Click the ‘REPLACE CUSTOMER ID’ button to initiate the ID replacement process.
  9. Successful ID Replacement: Your ID will be successfully replaced, allowing you to install the new software via USB without encountering any errors.

If you don’t have your ID, please upload your old software. The tool will then copy and paste the old software ID into the new software itself.

Note: Ensure that you only install software compatible with your current server type. If your current software server uses DSCAM, install DSCAM Software. If it uses DQCAM, install the DQCAM Server Software exclusively.
